About Solstice

The Solstice Project Mission is to improve energy equity in the communities that we serve. The goal of Solstice is to bring more solar energy to income-qualified families and individuals who might otherwise not have the opportunity to choose renewable energy sources to power their homes.

There are many programs to help make a solar investment affordable to income-qualified homeowners, but there are still two significant barriers to entry for this population: Installing solar takes upfront cash and receiving the 30% federal tax credit requires a tax liability. The Solstice Project is in a unique position to be able to tie all of the pieces together and make solar a reality for income qualified individuals.
